Interview process was around 3 rounds like coding, technical and HR round. After all the rounds were completed , HR called me and told that all rounds has been cleared and asked me to share documents. After that no reply from their side on offer letter over for weeks and when i enquired , he is telling my expected package cannot be met.First of all i dont know why he took so many days to tell that.And moreover my expected package was asked well before starting the first round of interview process. Atlast i even asked for what package they can afford , but again no reply over the weeks. Try to respect and dont neglect employees as well, because both company and employees are equally dependant on each other.
