It starts with Technical MCQ, Aptitude MCQ, GD and Group or Panel interview as is was in my case.
it is not tough and can be cleared easily depending upon the mood of interviewer.

Question 1
It is totally based on your college project, industrial training and basics about the field. Generally, Managers and Senior Engineers will take your interview and check your knowledge, adaptability and willingness to work and put extra effort in work.

Interview
Had applied throuhg naukri.com and had also submitted the resume in company website. They called me for the hiring processs.
1. Technical Round: Included all the questions from each subject in mechanical, around 50 questions were there (multiple choice) after this round some of them were selected for the next one i.e aptitude round.
2.Aptitude round: It was quite easy and included both verbal and mathematical questions, was able to solve all of it in given time.
3.Group Discussion: They had given a topic and were told to come on to the conclusion, 3 were selected of 15 students.
After 2 days they called for personal Interview and informed that they would reply about the result.
I am still waiting :-( haha
