They decide in no time to hire. And like that they decide in no time to fire a person. Don't think both the times. Everyone just a slave there, no one is allowed to open their mouth.

Nothing. People are working there since they passed out from their colleges. Didn't see any other things in life, have no self respect, everyone is silent in front of the CEOs.

second round - technical interview and asked a average question as a fresher like Linked list , BST , Sorting , searching and graph . Also asked question based on socket programing and multithreading and IPC mechanism

Interview
I totally had 4 rounds of interview swiftly. Initially I had a F2F discussion with a technical person and based on the discussion, a problem statement was shared with me to solve it offline. Upon clearing the assignment, had 2 more technical/panel rounds. It was above average in terms of toughness of the interview.

Nothing much difficult, just go with good basic fundamental understanding of the programming( OOAD). Majorly asked for C++, Python programming.
