General screening call with Rose in HR. Asked very basic questions and indicated that they really liked my resume and wanted to move to the next step in the hiring process. They really emphasized their family dynamic as an organization. Unfortunately they ghosted me after the initial screening call ignoring my follow up attempts via phone and email. Seems like I avoided an unprofessional organization with this one.

Speedy interview process working directly with the hiring manager vs a recruiter—welcoming experience throughout the interview. The hiring manager was communicative, responsive, and fun. I could tell right away that their culture and values aligned well with mine and I became more excited about the role after the interview.
