Recruitment Agency Call: Received a call from recruitment agency. Agent gathered all the details like education, experience and expected compensation. Agent informed me about the first round of interview as video call interview. First round: It is technical interview which focuses on earlier project and verification of technical skills. Fairly easy to go through. Received a mail from HR of T-systems explaining about the company and next round of interview. Second round: A panel with mix from German and Indian Technical team which reviews technical knowledge and previous experience relevancy. They also explained the kind of project company is working on. Received a call from T systems HR with congratulations on clearing all rounds and discussed on salary. Received an offer much below the expectation, reverted back to mail and didn't hear back from HR so rejected the offer.
