HR phone interview 1hour, 1hr phone interview with hiring manager, 8 hour interview meeting team, 2nd round interview for another 3 hours. Case style questions. All interviewers were men and felt like they were quizzing me. It didn’t make me want to work for them and certainly didn’t make me feel comfortable. Old boys club, awkward communicators, and obviously indecisive. Finally got offer but money too low to put myself into such a stodgy environment and I didn’t even try to negotiate, just said no thanks. Was told work life balance was great but that felt insincere particularly after hearing comments about employees coming in on weekends and not using all of their vacation time; but it was all the employees choice. No thanks!
