Applied online , received phone call for interview , came in was asked a few question about previous positions , advised to have good attendancne, offered fulltime position , hired on spot

Applied online two weeks later received a call from the recruiter telling me about the position and everything sounded good until he started mentioning the 401k and not really being considered full time until january already a little skeptical about that but still went to the face to face interview the lady was really nice and cool easy to talk to at first had to take a typing test as well as listen to a call and summarize what it was about. Then she asked me about my experiences and explained the position to me basically staying that the position is PART TIME even tho the posting stated it was a full time postion and then she made mention of the 401k ordeal just like the recruiter did basically before benefits come out its $14.64 and once they start taking it out the base pay is 10.83 so already a red flag was up because this is the second time they felt the need to bring up that plus its really a part time position so still entertaining the thought i asked how many hours would i be guarenteed because i currently work full time so she said 30hrs then she extended the offer on the spot and said they will send out the written offer in a couple days so when another hr lady called shes immediately stated it was part time which i was aware of then stated the base pay is $10.83 instead of $14.64 so something just told me to ask how many hrs would be guarenteed to me she stated between 15-20hrs After that i was done and i politely declined the offer
