lots of competency based questions , the main thing they check if availability , they don’t care too much about how you answer the questions but it does matter but the main thing is your availability that will get you the job .

Tell me about a time you did something wrong and how did you overcome it
Group interview then individual interview. It was easy. They asked questions and wrote it down on a white board. Individual interview was asked a tough situation ive been in and the solution.

Interview
The interview was based on normal questions for a retail position. The manager was lovely and very calming. A great place to work very supported staff and management are great.
Easy, they just want to see that your availability is good and you can follow instructions. Don’t talk about your degree or any corporate experience they reject people for being overqualified
