Informal interview process. Involved a quick chat to essentially determine why I was applying and whether I would be a suitable fit for a customer-facing role. As long as you demonstrate energy and goodwill it is a pretty straightforward interview process.
Fairy easy. They asked about previous job and asked research I had done on tk maxx. I never heard anything back from them even though I had positive feedback from the interview.

Usually one-on-one, possibly with a store manager or team leader . It tends to be informal and conversational. Interview include a short test or role-play scenario. After the interviews, the store may make an offer quickly.
