I still have not finished it, on the process of it. But, they gave me an online quiz where situational video scenarios given, then which on likely be more effective or less effective out of 4 options. There was total 14 questions.

One-on-one interview with one of the managers. The manager had a booklet with questions to go through. Interview was quite informal, it was more like a chat. Lasted about 15-30 minutes. Mostly scenario-based questions.

In person interview with the manager of the store lasting around 30 minutes. They referred to my CV I had uploaded and asked me to elaborate on certain experiences. I was asked what I knew about the company and why I wanted to work for them.
