Interview
Submit an online application on the T.k Maxx website and then they will shortlist the successful candidates. Don't be too formal on interview day semi-formal would be fine. The staff is very friendly and nice.

Q: They are interested in knowing the availability and how many hours you can work.
Q: Any difficult situation that you have handled really well.
Q: Are you open to talking to other nationalities colleagues.
Q: Any past experience regarding customer service.
Was a good in depth interview from the company where I was asked multiple questions about what i know about the company and their standards of teamwork. The questions were broken down simply.
The first stage after application was a Virtual pre screen assessment. This included a series of videos and questions to respond to. It is not too challenging if you have common sense.
The interview was relatively easy for this role and involved a variety of situational judgment questions as well as other questions regarding my CV and previous experiences, both paid and voluntary.
