Interview
The questions were nothing special. The manager didn't pay attention to my answers though. I started working in autumn and asked if it was ok if I leave for Christmas (I was a foreign student in London ). I talked to him before I left in December and when I got back another manager told me I wasn't working there anymore as I "didn't show up at work". Something was seriously off with their internal communication.

What do you find inspiring about the company?
Group interview then individual interview. It was easy. They asked questions and wrote it down on a white board. Individual interview was asked a tough situation ive been in and the solution.

Interview
The interview was based on normal questions for a retail position. The manager was lovely and very calming. A great place to work very supported staff and management are great.
Easy, they just want to see that your availability is good and you can follow instructions. Don’t talk about your degree or any corporate experience they reject people for being overqualified
