Interview
I had a telephone interview than had a one on one interview a week later. It was very casual and calm. The interviewer was very nice and polite. During the interview i was made to take a test. It was based on customer services and how i would react to scenarios. For example, "How would you feel if your manager criticised a method that you use".

Give us an example of when you received great customer services?
Group interview then individual interview. It was easy. They asked questions and wrote it down on a white board. Individual interview was asked a tough situation ive been in and the solution.

The interview was based on normal questions for a retail position. The manager was lovely and very calming. A great place to work very supported staff and management are great.

Easy, they just want to see that your availability is good and you can follow instructions. Don’t talk about your degree or any corporate experience they reject people for being overqualified
