I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Sytac (Amsterdam) in May 2023
Interview
They have a very well-defined 3-step interview process: Recruiter interview: The recruiter was extremely friendly, making me feel comfortable to speak about myself, my experience, and also to get to know the company better. Take-home assignment: They were flexible with the deadline, making it clear that they care more about the quality of the work than the speed at which it's completed. The project itself was very interesting and provided a great opportunity to showcase my skills. Technical and Behavioral interview: This included general tech questions, inquiries about my experiences, and discussion about the assignment. Once again, they were very friendly and the conversation flowed very smoothly. The entire process can be completed in a short time, depending on your availability for the interviews and to complete the assignment.

Question 1
Explain technical terms in layman's terms. Not every client or stakeholder we work with will have a deep understanding of technical terms, thus, as consultants, it's our job to bridge that gap.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Sytac in Sept 2022
Interview
Don't fall into the trap of unreliable companies like I did! After successfully passing every stage of the interview process and being offered the job, I signed a contract and eagerly began preparing for my relocation. I invested two months into collecting the necessary documents, obtained a visa, reserved a hotel room, and purchased flight tickets. But just as I was about to embark on this new chapter in my life, I received a crushing blow. The day before my move, I received an email informing me that the company was facing financial difficulties and had ceased all hiring activities. To add insult to injury, they wouldn't even offer any compensation for the expenses you incurred during your preparation. Don't make the same mistake I did, steer clear of this unreliable company.

Question 1
There was a development case with 7 days deadline. Then there was an interview where I was asked different technical questions mainly regarding Java and 15 minutes behavioral interview.

Please know that your review serves as a valuable warning to others and helps prevent similar situations from happening in the future.
