The HR response was slow, and I was contacted for the first interview only after 7 to 8 weeks from my submission. During the first online interview, the hiring manager was about 15 minutes late and did not turn on the video, which made me feel disrespected. The questions were fairly standard, but the interviewer seemed to imply that 'work-life balance' is just an excuse for people. I was not selected for the second round of interviews. However, based on how the company handled candidates, it provides some insight into their culture and treat of employees. Perhaps they have too many applicants, which I personally felt not very professional.
