Long. Had several phases (~2 phone calls, ~3 onsite interviews), when 2 at most was necessary.
Had another employee interview me, along with a manager (separately). The employee probably should have been supervised in the interview with someone with more interviewing experience, like a manager.
When interviewing the the manager, I was penalized for using different terminology than they preferred (I used synonyms that were industry-acceptable) and by not approaching processes in the EXACT way that the manager would (so I couldn't read their mind, but maybe they weren't open to different perspectives).
