If you're reading this, don't waste your time interviewing at Systematica. The company is in terrible disarray. I applied at the end of March. Then, in mid-May (yeah you read that right), I get an invitation to submit video answers to technical questions via their platform. Some time early July (delays should've raised a red flag for me at this point I know) , I got an invite for a video interview with my prospective manager. The interview was a good learning experience and the interviewer was nice. Some time in early August, I get an invite to "select" an interview slot. There was only one available. They made no effort to ask if I was available before imposing this slot, and the urgency was unwarranted given they took a month to let me hear back from the last interview. The interview wasn't an interview but a chat with a prospective teammate and the head of HR. Within a few days, I was given another interview slot with prospective teammates. It is now almost 4 weeks since my last interview, and I have heard nothing back. I would understand ghosting candidates at the start of the interview process but not when you've put them through 4 interviews and had them meet the head of HR! If they're treating people not yet employed by them this badly, then I dread to imagine how they'd be like once you're under their control!
