Did a first screening interview with the HR partner, than 3 back to back 45 mins interview with direct manager, peer and their boss.
The screen was about why you would be the best candidate, why Sysco.
Second round of Interviews were very standard, they asked to get a general overview of the resume and why Sysco, then asked very specific questions about each of the relevant job experiences that would be applicable to the role. I think they wanted to see if it was made up or not.
