Two part interview. First part over the phone and second part in person driving test. The guy who interviewed me by phone was very condescending and did not seem to listen to me when I asked him questions. The other hr person who reached out to set up the in person interview did not seem to understand the schedule of someone who currently drives, and was not flexible in giving me a date to test.

Phone screening with recruiter. He asked some basic questions and gave me some pointers when talking to the area foreman. The recruiter was pleasant but the foreman sounded like a difficult person to get along with. I withdrew.

Asked weird questions that really didn't relate to the job. Asking what hobbies you have that will help you in your job at sysco was definitely one that took me off guard and that I couldn't answer.
