Synopsys Standard Cell Layout interview questions

The interview process consisted of 2 face to face interviews. Questions mostly were the same in both the rounds. Technically the interviews went quite good. But, when I asked queries from my side, I got to know that there is very less scope for growth and learning new things apart from my main stream role. The manager seemed quite arrogant and egoistic, so I made up my mind after the interview itself that I won't be working in his team.
