Interview
Initial HR process, followed by a manager round. Then a round of technical round, written test, another round of technical round with senior team members. Compensation discussion followed by the exchange of emails and accepting the offer.
The recruiter calls me on my phone without a prior appointment and tells me that I should be grateful that they are able to offer a job when the whole economy is collapsing. He offered me 90K less than my current pay.

Typical process and questions. Two phone interviews before interviewing with remote hiring manager by phone. Then interviewed with others onsite. Asked about process and tools a lot. Required completion of a writing assignment. Ended up interviewing up to the VP level and everyone along the way was mature and professional.
