Order of interviews was HR screen, then hiring team minus hiring manager, then hiring team plus hiring manager. They asked both technical and behavioral questions in each interview. Overall, a good process.
The hiring manager was interested in knowing in detail the scientific background of the candidate and understand if it was a fit for the position. Moreover, also a behavioural interview took place, with questions more related to dealing with difficult working situations.
