Interview
Four interviews with 7 people, 3 of which were panel interviews (does not include recruiter screening). After spending more than 3 weeks interviewing and accommodating interviewers' schedules, they ghosted me. Reached out. Radio silence. Six weeks go by and I get a sys-gen rejection.
Really classy, Syngenta. Way to treat prospective employees and win the best talent. Would never work here. Rudest place I've EVER interviewed with.
Technical interview by reporting manger of the regulatory department then technical interview by country head of crop protection department followed by country head of HR department. Then job offer and pay scale finalisation.
