Three-stage interview with very competent professionals who took a genuine interest in my experience and knowledge. Very down-to-earth and personable, Syngenta became my top option because of how candidate-centric the interview process was. I look forward to woking here.

Describe a product you delivered from idea to Production
The line manager and their manager interviewed me. The process was fast for Switzerland. The questions were about understanding my previous experience and if I would be a good culture fit.
Unstructured, No scenario or behavioral questions. JD not shared with the candidate before the interview. Panel member very skeptical however not following a more effective interviewing approach to gain clarity, Overall, It's unfair for candidates
