Two interviews that consisted of meeting with two tiers of management. They were professional and had a genuine concern for the interviewer. Overall it was a good experience and I would go for it again.

In person. Questions on background and experience using real examples of situations in reality. Combination of work and personality testing. Examples included personal and work examples from past jobs. A number of people were involved in a panel interview
