Interview
There were 4 rounds
1) First round was basic aptitude
2) In Second round they ask to write pseudo code for two programs
3) Third round was technical which was about core concepts and mysql and they may ask to write logic of any program
4)Fourth round was with the director and he may ask about background and give some maths problem to solve
Everything was went good so after the director round HR told me she will inform me either i was selected or not but she didnt called and even started ghosting and if she picked call she will say no answer from management.

Interview
The interview process at Synergy Technology Services began with a technical coding round focused on PHP and data structures. This was followed by an aptitude test covering logical reasoning and basic math. Finally, there was an HR round where they assessed communication skills and cultural fit. Overall, the process was thorough and tested both technical and soft skills.
first face to face round for basic questions then 2 technical round based on the some basic language knowledge, then one more technical round by team lead and last hr round.
