Interview
After sending your application in, they call you for a 15 min phone screen about your resume and experience. Then the onsite interview is a technical interview where they will test you on your knowledge of code and software design/architecture
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Synergy Innovation (San Diego, CA) in Apr 2018
Interview
I had two interviews, they emailed saying that they were very strongly interested in my candidacy and that I should expect a hiring decision by the end of the week, and I should let them know if I had any other offers or questions so they could wrap it up. I got very hopeful but they ended up calling me very apologetically saying that they were going to proceed with another candidate. The interview process was fine but I felt that email where they said they were very strongly interested was slightly unprofessional, I hypothesized that they accidentally sent the email to the wrong candidate

Interview
I applied for the Data Acquisition Support position and got a call from a recruiter about an initial phone interview. After the initial interview with the recruiter, I was scheduled for an in-office interview. I went in for the in-office interview that lasted about an hour...most of that time was spent waiting for the interviewer to show up. During the interview, I was asked basic questions about my qualifications, but the industry did not really interest me, nor had I even heard of the company before. Additionally, the interviewer was cold and honestly did not seem interested in interviewing or prepared to do so... My main concern is the professionalism post interview. I understand not being able to reach out to every job applicant with a response to an application, but if an applicant interviews, you owe them the common courtesy of informing them they did not get the position... At no point did I receive any communication from the recruiter or Core Logic after the interview. It is blatant unprofessionalism from a company like Core Logic that makes me glad to have gone in another direction. Moreover, the individuals-security included, I encountered at this office, are rude.
