You just do a basic english and math test. Its not hard at all. You may need to polish up on your high school math though if you hard issues with it during high school or junior high. You must at least have a high school degree.

I interviewed with the person who was at the time currently in the position as they were about to leave that role for a promotion. We interviewed in a hotel lobby, it took about 30 minutes and wasn't overly difficult
