The interview process is well organized. Swift and effective communication by the HR's throughout the process.
The initial round will be Phone screening followed by technical screening.
Then there will be a technical assessment round consist of 3 to 4 tasks. The Interview panelists gave me enough time to do the research and prepare the presentation on the same.
The next round will be the technical presentation, where we need to present the presentation covering all the tasks given.
The next round will be with the reporting manager/head to understand the role and culture.
The next round is with HR about our career journey, why synergita? SWOT Analysis, etc.
Everyone involved in the interview process is so friendly and helpful in understanding company culture and the role and more importantly, the process and guided me clearly on what's going to be the next.
My advice will be: Be confident in your strengths and the market trends.
