Honestly one of the most frustrating interview processes I’ve been through. A recruiter reached out to me for an IT Sales Executive role and seemed interested, but every time I asked for basic details (hours, compensation, etc.) she just kept saying she’d “get back to me” and never did. I went onsite and met the team (who were professional enough), but everything after that was a mess. I was told multiple times they wanted to make me an offer, and that I’d have it “by the end of the day.” That line dragged on for almost two weeks, with me having to constantly follow up and still getting no concrete answers. Finally, after all that wasted time, I was told the company had decided on a hiring freeze and couldn’t move forward.
