Very streamlined, informative, and respectful. The Syneos recruiter/HR team was transparent and helped prepare me for every step of the process. All interviews were engaging conversations that gave me a great sense of the work and culture.
Very simple, two zoom interviews with the director and head of department. They made it very accommodating and the process was very quick. Only about a two week process until the offer letter stage.
