Talent acquisition phase (screening) - the individual doesn't read emails properly and called me when I was unavailable. Once we've rescheduled the call, it was basically a chat about my current role and how I would fit at Syneos. Even though I am a high calibre candidate (currently reviewing job offer for a director role at two big pharma companies), I received no further updates. I wouldn't accept an offer for a second interview nor a job offer from a company that can't handle basic functions such as read emails properly or provide feedback to someone whom they interview. It says a lot about the company in question.
