Fueron tres entrevistas, primero una introductoria con RRHH, las siguientes con LMs del sector, éstas últimas fueron en inglés y fue requerido armar un PPT siguiendo ciertos lineamientos que ellos solicitaron. La última entrevista considero que fue la más dificil por el tipo de preguntas que hicieron, estaban orientadas a evaluar el perfil actitudinal.

Preguntas varian desde tu desempeño en puestos anteriores, visiones de empleados role model y preguntas personales esporádicas.

Interview
Very straightforward. I was asked to apply for the role from another department. This was a good gateway to promotion so I went after it. It consisted of a presentation and three interviews with various members of the dept.
First an HR general discussion by phone. Next step it was through video and it required a presentation about atopic such as effective and efficient communication. In general it was a seamless process.

The main issue was to make sure the presentation prepared for the interviewers was good in terms of sharing, information flow and possible questions related to the content of the slides.
