Their interview process is the worst I’ve ever experienced. This is my second time interviewing with the company for two different positions. The first time a recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn and I had a screening interview, interview with team members and then I never heard back in over 2 weeks. The recruiter then reached out but I was too upset to respond after that. Second time I applied online and a recruiter reached out within a week. I had a screening interview despite the recruiter rescheduling twice. She promised to get back to more after I provided my availability for an interview with the team. I never heard back from her. I’m beginning to think this is part of their system.

Firstly, I have been contacted by an HR representative via phone. Afterward, I had an online meeting with the same representative consisting of usual (generic) interview questions that didn't relate to the position.
