There were 3 or more round of Interviews which were kept according to candidates convenience.
1st Telephonic Technical Round
2nd SME round
3rd Manager round
4th Salary Negotations
HRs are very polite and cooperative in arranging the whole interview process.

Interview
The question were in a old fashion way to check if you have the programming skills, like "give the r/sas code to this..." . if you don't have the answer the person has in mind the the answer is wrong (sad but true) the answers were using specific version of R and sas enterprise guide.
There were 2-3 rounds of technical interview where all the questions related to SAS . SDTM, ADaM and TLF's were asked and I really appreciate the process to ensure a good team.
