A brief telephonic discussion was done and then F2F discussion was scheduled. To start with the interview was scheduled at 11am and I had traveled from Mumbai to their Pune office.i reached there on time and the interview was only conducted at 3:30 PM that too after multiple reminders. The interviewer wasn't even there in office. The experience itself showed what kind of work is being done in this organisation
