Syndigo contacted me and asked me if I would be interested in interviewing. I did two phone interviews and then a very rushed set of 3 interviews in person with 3 executives. The first in person with the CFO went really well and was in depth and yet it ran very long which left the next two with the SVP of Sales a total of 8 mins and the CIO a total of 16 mins. At that point, I knew they had unfortunately wasted my time. I ended up walking myself out having no indication of next steps, etc. In the 17 days to follow, I still have yet to receive a follow up, status update, or “Thank You but No Thank You” via phone or email. Very unprofessional handling of the interview/hiring/closure process.
