Initial email exchange, followed by two in-person interviews with partners. First interview was with partner in charge or business opportunities, HR and business partnerships, with the second interview held by technical and business team leaders (good cop/bad cop). Being a small company, the management had a very down-to-earth manner, were very court and friendly and were equally interested in personal matters as well as education and experience. Was asked questions regarding technical skills and education, followed by business knowledge and language skills.
