It was quick, very straight to the point, it was also pretty rushed and could have been more informative. It wasn’t really that professional of an interview either, would’ve thought anyone could get the job
Face to face interview with questions mainly about cooking experience and knife skills. There was no requirements to show your skills during your interview. It was mostly question and answer
I applied in-person. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Symposium Cafe (Guelph, ON) in May 2022

The interview was one to one. questions were mostly based on kitchen experience and knife skills. It lasted for about 15 minutes. Showed the menu and described the details of preperation and job description
