Had to watch a couple videos, impresses them if you write notes on what you saw and bring it up to them in the interview. Also, you only need one interview with one person, if more than one company under symmetry tries to contact you, you'd be signing up to work for more than one company (long story short, don't do that)

Pretty easy interview process, is a very independent and relaxed job. Very much a 1099 position. Can sometimes give off mlm vibes. The interview was overall pretty seamless though, some interviewers did cohorts or group interviews.

Very easy, not really an interview its more of an explain the company to you situation and if its something you would be interested in. They pretty much take anyone that they can.
