The general steps of the process as explained were 30 minute HR call, interview with hiring VP, 72 hours business case, then you needed to provide the company with 2-3 character references, and then interview with CFO and interview with CEO. I declined to give character references before an offer (because I'm not spending social capital in references if I don't know if I would even take the offer), and so I got rejected. The information about providing references wasn't told upfront before the interviews.

Interview
I had an initial Human Resources screening, followed by an interview with three managers in the scheduling team. It was a quick process and received an offer following the manager interview.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Symmetry Energy Solutions
Interview
This company made me interview 8 times, with about 12 different people over a two week time period and DID NOT give me the job. From the feedback I received, they didn't like the answer I gave them to ONE question, the "what is your greatest weakness" question. Note to anybody interviewing for this company, they are not looking for honesty. Give them a BS answer for this question; one that is a weakness but makes you look good, like "Oh, I take on too much at work" or something lame and not at all a good thing in actual reality, and you'll get the job. Or better yet, don't waste your time on this company, because trust me when I say they'll be happy to waste it for you.
