Initial recruitment process was fantastic. The internal recruiter, who was also the hiring manager, lead me through the process and panel interview. It seems leadership didn’t know what this role was supposed to entail as the job description changed multiple times and ultimately I was ghosted.
It seems to me that I dodged a terrible company based on the reviews… I’d suggest staying very far away.
I was contacted very quickly by Symbiome after applying, and remained in constant contact with the person recruiting me, had an initial interview, and was asked to complete a take home assignment. After that I met with other employees I’d be working with. I then heard absolutely nothing about the status of my application, even after following up. Totally disrespectful of my time, especially after expecting unpaid labor in the form of a “skills assessment.” Listen to the other reviews of this company and don’t waste your time.
