You fill out the application on line and then meet with the HR person that is hiring for that Dept. there is a online evaluation questionnaire. You meet with the Dept. Manager and they evaluate your skills identifying reporting and documenting. If you do well they hire you and you will be drug tested and go before the gaming commission.
