The position I interviewed for was "Office Manager," but the majority of the responsibilities were more along the lines an of e-commerce manager/account manager/customer service rep.
I submitted my application via Indeed and got a phone call from the owner within the day. We did an on-the-spot interview that was about 45 minutes. He asked the usual questions: things about my experience, what sort of e-commerce strategies I would employ, how well I multi-task, etc. It went well and the owner told me that he would follow up with me within a few days to schedule a task-based second interview. This was on a Friday.
When I did not hear back from the owner, I called multiple times and left voicemails, but never heard anything back. Based on another interview review I see here, this is clearly a pattern. Wildly unprofessional. Don't waste your time.
