Super straightforward, no trick questions, very friendly interviewers at each stage - first a phone screen with hiring outreach, then video interview with supervisor, then a final video interview with client. Moves reasonably quickly; 2-3 business days between each. Asked about relevant experience and goals for career/within this role. I like to ask the interviewer what they enjoy about working in their role and/or what they would like to improve about the organization as it gives me an idea of the culture as well as how they treat employees. In their answers it was clear that this is an ethical company that values its people (and that is indeed what I found while working there).
