Yes, it is a drive from OKC to Tulsa & back. However no one is required to interview for any position. We are able to act very quickly and can usually interview people within 24 hours if they are talented and their schedule is available. We do use profanity in our office and in our interviews so candidates are prepared for the work environment from the very beginning and are not surprised later down the road.
