I applied online and was brought through for an interview. HR arranged a suitable date for my interview which was arranged at a hotel near the airport. Brief interview with operations manager and HR rep. One to one interview, slightly formal but relaxing.

Was simple and easy as they are short of staff all the time. Standard group exercise and individual interview. Standard island survival exercise. Entire process last around 90-120 minutes. Was good experiences and smooth process.
