This was a few years ago, but I interviewed with store manager first, was very easy asked pretty simple questions. Then went to HQ, which they called a 2nd interview, but basically ended up being onboarding.

Met directly with manager for a 1 on 1, single round, interview process. Met in office room, in store, in person, during working hours, while there were employees working at work.

Interview
I applied online through Snagajob and was called by the store manager to schedule an in-person interview about two weeks later. The interview was pretty standard, I was asked about my school, extracurriculars, previous job experience, hobbies, availability, and personality traits. I would definitely recommend bringing a resume, even if you don't have any previous job experience. It's a good place to present things like awards, availability, and volunteer work as well as a chance to make a good first impression.
