1.Introduced via recruiter 2. Met with recruiter at agency office 3. Telephone interview with SVP Operations (Lengthy 1 1/2 hours) 4. In person interview with SVP Opeartions and HR Manager. VP Operations failed to show up due to business emergency? 5. Interviewed with HR Manager (About 1 hour) 6. HR Manager stated reschedule interview with SVP Operations 7. Expected personal apology from SVP Opertions, never received 8. Sent thank you letter for interview 9. No further communication from Swimspot 10. 3 days later,I received call from recruiter that they were selecting from 2 candidates
with stronger marketing skills
Overall the communication was very poor and unprofessional, very inconsiderate.
Whether or not I received an offer, the lack of communication and professionalism reflects on the company and the management. It is very important to make this transparent to the company!
