I applied for the job online. Had to do CPR and lifeguard training... Then they gave me the job. Overall it is a very easy process. All the people there are great.

Interview
It was very behavioral. There was not too many out of the box question. The one tricky question that I got was if a mother asks if her kids can break the rules and she appears to be intoxicated, how do you deal with that situation. Other than that there were no difficult questions or nothing out of the box.
